“精忠报国”大爷是大连的著名球迷，出现在场边的他，常常赤裸上身为大连的球队或是国足加油助威。
今天，“精忠报国”大爷来到了天津，在天津奥体中心的外场，有球迷问他“冷不”，大爷则表示“不冷”，并与众多球迷一同高喊起了“中国必胜”的口号。
