白国华在个人微博中写道：4-1新加坡，中国队有惊无险，6月主场拿下泰国的话，进入18强赛就没什么问题了。伊万新帅升帐，我最大感觉是伊万敢于冒险。菱形阵型的选择，第一场上半场2-0领先下半场仍然以攻为主，这一场丢了个莫名其妙地球，点球领先以后却被罚下一人，意外很多，但中国队坚持进攻的方向没有变，这一点我是欣赏的。
白国华补充道：当然，如果对着新加坡都想的是不输，那这支中国队真的可以解散了。
